I believe the cover and notes need to be corrected. This seems to be the original written by Strunk alone before E.B. White made modifications to it. While still an excellent book, White's changes are invaluable. Again, still a worthwhile book and glad to have it available but the note about it also being known as "Strunk and White" is incorrect.

There are some printing errors in Chapter 3. It seems some html tags appear at page 16, 17, and 18. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying.
