Very nice job on the formating, but unfortunately this version is incomplete: The editor dropped the frontmatter, which is a crucial part of the novel.
Any chance anybody could fix that?
Wow, somebody did a very nice job with the TOC and prefatory material for this edition of Moby Dick. On the Kindle 2 this is a very navigable and usable book indeed. Many thanks!

Frontmatter: do you mean, the "Etymology" and "Extracts" sections ? I moved them to the front of the book.
