Eileen de Jager and Roelien Schutte's occupation is somewhat unusual, to say the least. These two sisters clean up the biohazardous waste left behind after people have died - washing, scrubbing, sanitising and incinerating. It is a macabre, grisly job that few people want to do and even fewer can physically and emotionally endure. Eileen and Roelien have been doing this work for almost four years in South Africa.
