Editorial reviews (3 reviews)

“How to Be a Woman” is a glorious, timely stand against sexism so ingrained we barely even notice it. It is, in the dour language she militates so brilliantly against, a book that needed to be written.

It is a wonderfully, empowering read putting you in full ranty mood and giving you plenty of food for thought.

The triumph of How To Be A Woman is that it adds to women's confidence. It reminds us that sexism, and all that is associated with it, is not only repressive, it is tedious and stupid.
