Just read this novella. It was well-written and an enjoyable read, with numerous surprises. I am a big fan of Asimov's "robot" books, and this is not an attempt to copy his style, but rather a melding of the social issues that could come from technology, set in one possible future filled with robots obeying Asimov's Laws of Robotics, coupled with a healthy dose of George Orwell's "1984". Well worth the read!
