Aha - no problem with the chapters breaking off mid-sentence, as the author I can officially say that they are supposed to do that! The book is written in the first person and the narrator is narcolpetic so when he falls asleep the narration ends. Whether mid-sentence or not.
Really glad you liked it and I am a member of podiobooks, when I get the chance I will definitely do a reading of it.
Sorry if the narration confused you :)
It does seem brilliant, shame about the chapters which break off mid-sentence and seem to be missing whole chunks at the end. (at least in the epub-version using Aldiko on Android) Please fix that and republish the book (oh, and it would also be really nice if this book could be published on podiobooks as well - but you'll have to find a person who can read it well while doing it justice (maybe yourself?)

Have just added a star at the end of each section to ensure no one else is confused.
Episode 2 of The Defective Detective will be hitting Feedbooks very soon too for those that liked this one.

Have you double checked the book on your desktop first ? This could be a bug with Aldiko, not the ebook itself.
