Biography

Kay C Badhok is a Civil Servant being with the Indian Revenue Service in the rank of Additional Commissioner. Currently, on deputation to the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs as Director. He is a Commerce Graduate with Masters Degree in Literature. He also holds three Post-Graduate Diplomas in Journalism, Marketing Management and Personnel Management, respectively.
