Seems to be a problem with this specific URL: even in my browser it takes a while to display.
I uploaded the image somewhere else, tried to change the cover once again and it worked fine.
Too bad that you didn't include the cover though: to add a cover while editing your book, click on the auto-generate cover and paste the URL of your image.

Still no luck - after I put the address in, the box fades and nothing happens... Here's the image link - can you can spot what the problem is?

Hi Hadrien - I did try that, but it had no effect. I thought that perhaps they went into a queue for approval... I'll try it in a different browser.
